Double distillation in a copper pot still.
Aging in old Calvados casks and old Sauternes casks.
The first nose is on pastry aromas, mixing notes of caramelized apples, crème brûlée and egg cream. It then opens up to a classic rancio of dry spices marked by nutmeg.
The mouth is ample and round. Gingerbread on the finish.
